Whenever plant availability has to be increased, a process has to be made safer or ideas are needed for product specifications: Pharmaserv examines each individual case from all sides – and keeps an open mind when seeking a solution, no matter what the challenge. After all, a problem that appears to be technical does not always require a technical solution; a personnel-related or organisational measure, a digitisation solution or a process change may be more effective.
Developing ideas in workshops
The GxP experts in our innovation engineering department think outside the box and come up with new ideas; they have an eye to the big picture yet are able to identify the crucial details. They work closely with their customers right from the start, develop ideas in joint workshops and define goals. By the end of the innovation process, the specifications are in place and initial plans for implementing the solution have been made.

Once a solution has been found, we ensure that it is implemented – either by drawing on our own expertise or by cooperating with partners in the extensive network that we have developed over the last few decades.
