Office property H006

The property H006 is located in the main building of the Behringwerke site. It is a former laboratory building that we completely renovated and converted into a modern office building in 2013. A total of almost 4,500 square metres of gross floor space is available on four floors.

The building is equipped to high standards of energy efficiency. It has a heat pump that is operated by geothermal energy. We use geothermal energy for heating and cooling via underfloor heating, a renewable and climate-friendly alternative to fossil fuels. The floor-to-ceiling windows ensure plenty of light in the offices, and the façade is thermally insulated to save heating and cooling energy. The building has automated shading to protect itself from heat.
